Start Homeschooling Right
A Charlotte Mason approach to finding peace and joy in your homeschool journey. Begin now, in the preschool and kindergarten years, to lay a foundation for your child’s education for years to come.
It’s taken me 6 years to find peace in my home school, something I never thought I would feel. In the beginning, I was always chasing the next best thing to teach my children. But I finally feel like I am not only doing enough, but also doing what is best for them. I’m here to help you skip the chaos and stress of figuring it all out and start your homeschool journey right, in a peaceful and simple way.
About your Instructor
I’m Tas Holland, homeschool graduate and mother of 3 (and 1 on the way).
I have tried all the things when it comes to homeschooling, from making it up as I go with the library and Pinterest as my two best friends, to open-and-go workbooks, to full literature-based curriculums.
Along my journey I heard bits and pieces of Charlotte Mason. Things like living books, nature study, and short lessons stood out to me. It wasn’t until I actually started learning about her philosophy and reading her books that everything changed for me.
I went from feeling overwhelmed and undereducated, to feeling calm in my lesson planning and teaching, and peaceful about the fact that I didn’t have all the answers (because someone else did and they probably wrote a book about it!).
Now our homeschool day looks like time spent together enjoying music and art, reading lots of books, and sharing our thoughts about what we read, among other less overwhelming things. And I wouldn’t have it any other way.

About the Course
This course is for you if:
The child(ren) you are planning to homeschool is between 4-6 years old.
